Module 2 – Structure of the Federal Résumé: Identify federal résumé components based on the OF-612. Distinguish the differences and similarities between the OF-612 and the former SF-171. Explain required compliance information as listed on vacancy announcements and questionnaires. Write KSA’s using the C-CAR format.

Module 3 – Components of the Federal Application Process: Identify and prepare all required documents that complete a “typical” federal application. Understand how the Resumix system works. Identify and practice using other federal and agency-specific online automated application systems.

Module 4 – Components of the Senior Executive Service Application (SES): Understand the relationship of the SES employee classification. Locate SES vacancy announcements. Write ECQs and MTQs.

Module 5 – Final Project that demonstrates your CFRW Program mastery.

Update requirements:

In order to demonstrate your commitment to staying abreast of industry changes, the CFRW credential must be renewed every three years for a fee of $50.00. For consideration you must submit:

1. Sample federal resume;

2. KSAs (at least three).

Update requirements and active membership are a prerequisite of retaining the CFRW credential. CDI reserves the right to revoke this credential if these requirements are not met and maintained.
