Aricia LaFrance holds her Master's Degree in
Educational Psychology and is a Professional Certified Coach who came to
coaching after her career as a therapist and adolescent addictions
specialist. She uses a variety of modalities to coach clients from the
standpoint of helping them understand themselves and their motivations more
clearly so they are able overcome challenges and attract more of what they
want into their lives. She has been quoted with work featured in USA
Today, MSNBC, Family Circle, Mothering Magazine and The Chronicle of
Philanthropy. The Associated Press followed her on a coaching job
to learn more about her approach.
Aricia has served as a member coach and
mentor within CDI since 2008. Now in private practice, she has worked with
IMPACT Relocation and Career Coach Institute. She has authored several books
including The Psychology of the Successful Job Seeker (due out this Fall)
and regularly contributes articles to NCDA and CDI.
An avid youth advocate, Aricia created and
ran a mentoring center for teens following the tragedy at Columbine High
School and worked with the probation department to create programs for
families in conflict to help them get their lives back on track. Her
diversity and background as a therapist has also led to the development of a
variety of coaching-based services and programs with parent/family
consulting, spiritual guidance, and career / business analysis and coaching.
She is also the host of a Blog Talk radio show which interviews a wide range
of professionals

Susan P. Joyce has owned, edited, and
