Don Skipper,

Don Skipper is the President of Career
Beginnings, Inc. Formerly, he was VP for a career transition organization,
owned his own business, and served on several corporate staffs as a
director. He has been a professional educator at several colleges and
universities including the Graduate School, University of St. Francis;
DeKalb College; the Graduate School, Stetson School of Business and
Economics; Saint Leo College; and Mercer University. He was also Program
Director for the American Institute for Computer Sciences.
Mr. Skipper spent his early career as a
combat pilot and senior U.S. Army Officer where he developed policies, plans
and procedures to coordinate training activities worldwide. He has authored
training manuals now used extensively throughout the US, five books, audio
and video tapes, and over 50 articles for professional journals, magazines,
and newspapers.
He holds a Master of Science in Systems
Management, Master of Military Arts and Science, and a Bachelor of Business
Administration. He is a Master Career Director, Credentialed Career Master,
Certified Electronic Career Consultant, Certified Employment Interview
Consultant, and Corrections Career Transition Certified. He is a member of

Susan Guarneri, the “Career Assessment
Goddess” and “Resume-Magic Expert”, has a Master’s Degree in Counseling from
The Johns Hopkins University, plus 21 years of experience in career
counseling and coaching thousands of individuals. She has also assisted
Fortune 500 companies, colleges, non-profits and government agencies with
career consulting, training and workforce development.
Currently in private practice, Susan is the
only National Certified Career Counselor worldwide who is also certified as

Susan Geary is a quadruple certified resume
writer and interview consultant with more than 15 years’ in Broadcasting and
50 diverse jobs. In the past 5 years, she’s been recognized for
contributions to the job search industry; selected to judge the annual TORI
Awards, and has helped numerous clients attain multiple job interviews and
offers, as well as a higher compensation package.
Further, she offers solid advice on how to
achieve success during the job search and on the job. She’s been a repeat

Jane Roqueplot, is
President and CEO of JaneCo’s Sensible Solutions, Sharon, Pennsylvania,
which she started in 1995. Her 20+ year career has included sales training,
motivational speaking, career coaching and career development. She earned
certification as a Behavioral Consultant in 1987 and began specializing in
how behavioral styles relate to professional life. She applied this
experience in her responsibilities as Program Director at a national
consulting firm specializing in Career Development prior to establishing her
own consulting business.
In addition to her
certification as a Behavioral Consultant, Jane has also obtained her
designations as a Certified Professional Behavioral Analyst (CPBA),

Nona Pratz,

- Director of Research
Nona Pratz established Types Write, located
in Metairie, LA, just outside of New Orleans, in 1985. She is a member of
Career Directors International, a member of the Research Committee, and was
recently selected as Director of Research. Nona is double credentialed
holding a CARW from CDI and a CPRW from Professional Association of Résumé
Writers & Career Coaches. She is also a candidate for the CCRE. Nona has
written several articles which appeared in the CDI newsletters, Hire Views
and CareerBytes, and Résumé Writer’s Digest.
As a member of the research committee, a
premier group within CDI, Nona works closely with colleagues to identify and
analyze cutting-edge trends affecting CDI members. She is part of an

Laura Labovich is a seasoned Human Resources
Professional with over 12 years of experience in HR at Fortune 100
companies. At Walt Disney World, she recruited nationwide for the highly
competitive Walt Disney World College Program, and led the recreation
recruiting and staffing efforts for Disney's Typhoon Lagoon and Disney's
Blizzard Beach water parks. At America Online, Inc. she launched AOL's
college internship program, hiring over 200 interns in its first year. Laura
