As a member of CDI you will have access to thousands of dollars worth of resources, tools, and benefits. Once you are granted access to this wealth of material, refunds will not be issued regardless of how much time is left in your membership. We ask you to consider this from the standpoint of working with your clients -- if you gave them unrestricted access to your materials and resources that took you time, energy, and expertise to create, you would not feel they deserved a refund if they chose not to use them or experienced a life change which put their focus elsewhere.
