David Perlick, Esq.

David's main objective is to protect the financial, business and property interests of his clients, while raising client-awareness of the legal issues that affect them. Both a lawyer and certified mediator, David's strengths lie in developing strategy and guiding people through important business and family decisions, especially where long-term relationships or difficult dynamics are involved. David particularly enjoys negotiating deals, working on complex estates, and structuring limited partnerships, joint ventures and private offerings. David also enjoys presenting workshops on business and estate matters to a wide variety of audiences, including seniors, business owners, professionals, and even secondary school youth.

 

David graduated in 1992 with honors from Touro Law Center in Huntington, NY, where he was Founder and first President of the Touro Dispute Resolution Society. Mary C. Casey, Esq., is the managing partner of the Harbor Law Group, a law firm specializing in corporate and intellectual property law and providing counsel to start-ups and emerging companies in the life sciences, biotech, and high technology fields. Laura Drew is the founder of CarolinaCareerCoach.com. She is a member of the North Carolina Association of Personal and Business Coaches (NCAPB) and has been a member of Career Directors International (CDI) since 2006.

As a member of CDI, Laura serves on several committees. As the Committee Director of Education, she, and her dedicated team, create the educational programs CDI offers, including CDI’s monthly Best Practices calls and CDI’s 2009 15-part Entrepreneurial series.
